Terms of Service

By using Snipflik you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Snipflik. We verify this with your date of birth at signup, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 13 will be terminated and their data deleted. You're responsible for what you post. Keep your password safe; if it's compromised, reset it immediately.

AI features

Snipflik offers optional AI-powered tools (auto-captions, AI beats, AI voices, AI image/video generation). Content you submit to these tools is processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for AI-generated content you publish — it must follow the same rules as anything else you post, and you may not use AI tools to create misleading, harmful, or infringing content.

Your content

You own what you post. You grant Snipflik a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute and federate it for the purpose of running the service. You can delete it anytime; we'll honor that.

What you can't do

• No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or threats — see our Acceptable Use page for details.
• No scraping, automated bots, or reverse-engineering the API.
• No reposting other creators' work without credit (we auto-detect exact reposts).

Paid plans

Snipflik+ ($4.99/mo), Pro ($12.99/mo), Family ($21.99/mo), Pro Annual ($99/yr) and Verified Creator ($99 one-time) are billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete yours at any time from Settings.

Liability

Snipflik is provided “as is.” We're not liable for indirect damages. If we mess up badly, our maximum liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
